I have to confess my undying love for Chobani. I discovered Cho a couple years ago, and it was love at first bite. This stuff is a great after workout snack because a 6 oz serving has 17 grams of protein. Every week we stock our fridge up with at least 10 cups of Cho. My favorites are the pineapple,strawberry-banana and mango. Amanda likes strawberry and blueberry. I like to add some granola to my Cho to give it some texture. It's also a good substitute for mayo, sour cream, and ice cream. It's also great to add to smoothies. Nom nom nom nom nom.

Don't forget about vanilla with grapes!
and it is way more filling than regular yogurt.
